This position is part of the PALL Industrial Group and will be located in Dreieich/Frankfurt. For this role we offer a hybrid model, means 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:
process and manage sales orders and amendments for Central Europe (CE)
provide a friendly and responsive service to Customers placing orders and making enquiries
phone service to customers, Order, Quote, Contract, Return, Credit
- and Debit notes execution via SAP R3
support and coordinate outside sales and customers for Industrial Markets
regular information customers on availability of goods - backlog review
correspondence with international Pall manufacturing plants and documentation in German and English language

**The essential requirements of the job include**:
Commercial Education or similar
First years Job experience
Service and customer-oriented approach, intuition for customers’ needs
MS Office 365 and Outlook skills
Technical minded
Working experience in field of inside sales and / or customer Service of complex goods is a big plus
Fluent in German and good English skills

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:
Thorough understanding of Enterprise Systems
