**What you will do**:
- You will lead a team of Installation Excellence Directors who add project management commercial expertise and experience to the Installation Excellence Program which runs across this regional business. While the IE Directors are focused on a localized market, the Regional Director of Installation Excellence Director’s responsibility will be managing the complete team across the geographical region. You will be responsible for providing leadership for Installation Excellence Program to the regional program management team. You will utilize global tools, processes, and methodologies to successfully manage and launch programs. You will work with your team to develop and identifies program/project best practices, tools, and program management techniques, and recommends global policy revisions to ensure alignment with global and regional strategy and goals. You will partner with functional leadership, regional business leadership and other stakeholders in successfully launching programs and to create a culture of Disciplined Execution. Responsible for very active people leadership, coaching, mentoring, and providing real-time feedback on performance of team members. Collaborative member of the Regional as well as Global cross-functional teams, driving positive behaviors in alignment with corporate values. Additionally, you will lead a team of IE Directors that assist the Building Technology & Solutions’ businesses specifically in the assigned region in bidding for and executing large installation projects, including pre-bid analysis and tender preparation support, and ensuring that competitive technical solutions at competitive prices are offered to our customers. Upon post contract award, your team supports the businesses in the successful execution of these projects. This is done in close collaboration with the local contracting branches, supply chain management, engineering functions, project controlling / Finance and Legal. With regards to major projects, you will be responsible for ensuring that the business in assigned region complies with best practice procedures in bidding and executing major projects and significantly reduce risk in installation contracts.

**How you will do it: -**
- Provide Leadership to Installation Excellence Team that consists of Installation Leaders or project leaders in countries or clusters
- Ensuring common and harmonized approach in Installation Excellence Programs in the geographical region
- Identifying and developing methodologies, tools, best practices and standards related to management of typical installation projects of our business (from big turnkey solutions down to quick turnaround jobs) with a focus on: project planning & controlling, commercial PM, project strategies, claims & CO mgmt., risk & opportunities
- Monitoring adherence of business with above referenced processes and tools via quality gates (e.g. final pre-bid, handover & project status reviews) and business reviews
- Using existing KPI framework as basis for business and root cause analysis’
- Monitoring monthly Inst. Exc. status update in the EMEALA region
- Initiate and facilitate business improvement programs based on the above
- Running project management training program and workshops based on overall training concept plus acting as trainer
- Partner of field organizations and acting as “sparring partner” providing advanced specialist know-how during entire project life cycle e.g. development of project strategies, pro-active project risk & opportunities mgmt. etc.
- Participation in and leading of complex contract, claims & change order negotiations with external customers
- Act as “trouble shooter” in case major issues arise during project execution 13 How you will do it.

**What we look for: -**

**Education**

Master’s degree or equivalent through experience, both engineering or commercial background possible.

**Experience**
- 15+ years proven track record of managing and positively influencing large installation / construction programs commercially.

Experience in project management as well as professional change management in projects Good experience in practically managing terms and conditions.
- Fluent English & German language skills preferred.
- Ability to work in a large matrix organization.
- Open to travel (at least 50%).
