Intelligence Planner, Senior

**The Opportunity**:

As an intelligence planner, you will use your specialized regional and functional experience and your attention to detail to assist in the development of campaign plans, contingency plans, crisis management options, and time-sensitive plans by the Advanced Planning and Execution System (APEX). As an intelligence planner on our team, you’ll work as part of an intelligence planning team and ensure intelligence equities are integrated into strategic and operational-level military planning and execution. Additionally, you will ensure planners assist with intelligence operations feasibility assessments within the planning process. You will help document intelligence resourcing gaps and shortfalls and develop mitigation strategies, integrate intelligence products and services supporting the Joint Planning Process (JPP), and synchronize the intelligence cycle supporting collection, analysis, production, and targeting. **You Have**:

- 5+ years of experience in intelligence planning, including the Combatant Command level
- 2+ years of experience at a Combatant Command, National-level Intelligence Agency, or Service Component
- Experience with joint and combined, multi-domain operations planning, and campaign and contingency planning
- Experience with developing and maintaining base plans, annexes, appendices, and tabs
- Experience with National Intelligence Support Plans, Joint Staff, and Combat Support Agencies
- Knowledge of the Joint Planning Process and its inputs and outputs, including JIPOE, Center of Gravity Analysis, Enemy Courses of Action, and Annex Bs
- Knowledge of IC-standard intelligence and production tools, databases, techniques, and platforms
- Knowledge of planning and executing a Component or Joint Exercise Program
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree

**Nice If You Have**:

- Experience with the JPP and military decision-making process
- Experience with foreign planning and theater campaign strategies
- Experience with organizational leadership
- Knowledge of Joint, Bilateral, and Multilateral Exercises
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including confidently interfacing with leadership
- Master's degree
- Joint Intelligence Planner - I Certification
- Completion of the DoD Intelligence Planning Course, Joint Professional Military Education, Phase I or II, or Advanced Intermediate Level Education, including SAW, SAMS, SAASS, MAWS, JAWS, or BSAP
