With excellent organisational skills, time-planning, and attention to detail, you directly contribute to accurate payroll processing to ensure a fantastic employee experience. As problem-solvers for lifecycle, systems and process issues, you will work closely with our HR Ops Team, our Finance Team, our external payroll vendor, as well as other external parties.
**What You'll Do**
- Responsible for timely collation of payroll relevant data and transmitting all payroll input to our external payroll vendor
- Perform tasks to establish and maintain employee payroll records
- Process advance, termination, and other out-of-cycle payments
- Independently coordinate and liaise with our internal stakeholders and/or external parties (as required)
- Monitor and process garnishment orders and other issues that impact payroll specifications
- Run, develop and distribute payroll and HR reports to various stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage relationships with country payroll partners to ensure timely and accurate payments, making recommendations for and implementing process improvements
**What You'll Bring**
- Experience in payroll input preparation with strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in German and English (minimum B2 level)
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; familiarity with HRIS and E-Ticketing systems is a plus
- Basic knowledge of local laws, regulations, and employment law guidelines and policies
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to shifting priorities, and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to handle stressful situations professionally and collaborate with all business levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
