**Ihr Aufgabengebiet**:

- Pflege und Ausbau von Kundenbeziehungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Account Managern
- Ansprechpartner für einen definierten Kundenstamm hinsichtlich Auftragsadministration
- Systemunterstützte Verwaltung sämtlicher Kundenstammdaten (Spezifikationen, Preise, Boni etc.)
- Auftragserfassung und Nachverfolgung bis zur Rechnungsstellung unter Beachtung definierter Prozesse
- Administration von Reklamationen, Retourenabwicklung und Preiskorrekturen
- Erstellung und Bearbeitung aller notwendigen Export Dokumente
- Ansprechpartner für Kunden, interne Logistik und Produktionsplanung an 8 europäischen Standorten bei sich ändernden Auftragsbedingungen

**Ihr Profil**:

- Kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Customer Service eines Industrieunternehmens
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten, detailgenaues Arbeiten, ausgeprägte Selbstorganisation und Selbständigkeit
- Teamfähigkeit, gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Kundenorientierung
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Kenntnisse in SAP R/3 Sales & Distribution
- Verhandlungssichere Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
