**Job Purpose**:

- This strategic role builds relationships with key stakeholders (such as governments, horizon scanning agencies, regulatory authorities, national pricing and reimbursement committees and Health Technology assessment groups) in the healthcare system and with insurance providers to increase awareness of KKI brands, so that they are adequately prepared for reimbursement at optimal pricing post marketing authorisation for all the affected patients.

**Responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create impactful action plans to address upcoming market access operational challenges (e.g. tender business, competitor pricing, healthcare legislation)
- To act as a professional ambassador for KKI to support bringing new therapeutic treatments to stakeholders by building key strategic relationships throughout the payer community, patient organisations and with national related bodies including lobbying Government, to enable effective partnering and influencing at a national/regional level
- Lead a team of dedicated Value & Access Managers
- Lead the development project management, HTA submissions to obtain addition benefit ratings nationally
- Source local data relevant to the collation of National HTA submissions/reimbursements and liaise with KOLs and external advisers in the region to validate assumptions and perspectives
- To actively contribute to Advisory Panels and other interactions which inform country understanding environmental challenges relevant to the introduction of new products, or enhanced access to others
- To deliver health economic and real-world evidence data collection, analyses (including models) and support to articulate the products value to payers in alignment with the agreed market access strategy

**Qualifications**:
**Position Requirements**
- Experience of working in Austria & Switzerland is desirable
- Industry experience essential
- Strong experience in Market Access
- Strong strategic commercial insight through developing national marketing and / or market access strategies in the pharmaceutical industry
- Health Economics background
- Advanced negotiation skills in AMNOG
- Extensive and up to date knowledge of the local healthcare environment regulations, policies and procedures at national and sub-national level. In-depth knowledge of the AMNOG procedure
- Proven track record of successful closed AMNOG negotiations
- Possess expert national knowledge of reimbursement processes in healthcare via government and or insurance companies
- Clear track record of working with medical experts and stakeholders at all levels internally and externally, to influence, define and implement market access strategies and plans
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills
- Political lobbying experience
- Fluency in both English and German
