**Your mission**:
As a research assistant, you will support Eterno's internal legal department.
Based on your previous experience, we will decide together on which topics and legal fields we can best
utilise your expertise.

In terms of content, we at Eterno are primarily concerned with legal issues
- around our financing rounds,
- our customer contracts,
- the rental of our Eterno Spaces,
- and data protection issues

You should be motivated to familiarise yourself with various areas of law and have a good command of the

general tools of contract law. You should enjoy drafting smaller contracts, reviewing individual clauses in contracts and researching legal issues. In addition, you should have a genuine interest in our business model

and in working in a start-up legal department.

The legal work at Eterno is varied, demanding in terms of content and requires organisational talent - if you

We know that you will also be working on other important projects alongside your work as a research

assistant - together we will find a flexible and dynamic structure.

**Your mission**:

- Drafting of supplementary agreements for our customer contracts (knowledge of general contract law and SaaS contracts is desirable)
- Research on individual legal topics relating to our contracts
- Research on data protection issues, support in the implementation of legal processes
- Support all teams in legal matters
- Development and implementation of effective legal processes
- Preparation of small statements and presentations

As a start-up, we are constantly confronted with new legal issues, so we expect creativity and a flexible

mindset. The more responsibility and initiative you take, the more exciting your tasks will be - rigid tasks are

not an option for us.

**Your profile**:

- Successful completion of the first or second state examination in law
- First experience as a research assistant in a law firm or start-up, ideally in the healthcare/health-tech sector
- You can imagine supporting Eterno for at least one year
- You are able to actively collaborate with other teams and know how to handle sensitive and secure data
- Language: German native and fluent in English
