Our client is the most-visited general classifieds site in Germany and in an exciting phase of growth and transition which is being built upon a great team culture. To help in this journey and to strengthen the Senior Leadership Team we are looking for a People Business Partner who will enable this phase of growth and help the team and organisation to scale.

Tasks

As People Business Partner you will play a key part in both the local management team, as well as the wider Global People team, as we enter into a crucial stage of our growth journey. You will report directly to the European Markets People Director and partner closely with the local CEO, as well as the wider Leadership Team. The role is extremely varied you will be responsible for a wide range of topics including;
- Creating and ensuring the successful execution of the Local People Strategy and Recruiting Strategy to deliver business results
- Enabling the team and wider organisation as we scale by working with the teams to understand and develop our org design and development strategy/principles
- Overseeing our workforce/recruitment plans, employer branding and talent initiatives, including hiring & onboarding plans in collaboration with our Recruiting Team
- Developing and delivering our diversity strategy to ensure that we maintain a richly diverse team
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the teams
- Collaborating and partnering with our teams to support the successful integration of people processes throughout the transition and beyond
- Providing coaching to the leadership team, people managers and employees through the transition and growth phase we are in
- Working with the wider global people team to align the Local and Global People Strategy/Initiatives and deliver an excellent Employee Experience

**Requirements**:

- 10 years of Human Resources experience across different HR - we operate in agile cross-functional teams and believe heavily in co-creation and iteration
- Inherent curiosity and an ability to act as a strategic partner in order to understand our business and deliver the People Strategy to help us scale and grow
- Comfiness with change and a desire to act as a change agent who drives all people and org related change efforts to scale the org and ensure a smooth integration
- Lots of experience working in an agile and high growth environment and ideally experience with scaling teams and organizations
- Strong desire to collaborate across the whole organisation - we operate in agile cross functional teams and believe heavily in co-creation and iteration
- Coaching expertise - we are going through significant change and you will play a key role in supporting our leaders and wider teams on this journey
- Passion for enabling diverse organisations - we embrace diversity within our teams and the wider organisation
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and an ability to advocate and influence within all levels of the organisation
