(Junior) Graphic Designer in a Climate Tech Startup

**What you will be doing here**:

- Work closely with the design and marketing team by creating brand images, social media content and in enhancing the overall user experience across various platforms.
- Be responsible for creating and evolving our brand guidelines and graphics.
- Create photos and videos of events, team members, our products and marketing campaigns for the marketing team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually appealing and cohesive designs (digital, print, experiential, etc.) that align with our brand guidelines.
- Contribute to building a strong brand for MAGNOTHERM and its products within Europe and beyond.
- Be our go-to-person for all things related to content creation on social media.

**what you would ideally bring to the table**:

- You have a strong understanding of design principles, including colour theory, typography, composition, and UI/UX, which will enable you to create effective designs and templates that meet the company's needs.
- You are proficient in various design/editing software including the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere), CapCut etc. as well as Microsoft programs like Word and PowerPoint.
- You possess a meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in design elements and adherence to brand guidelines.
- You know your way around video editing and quick content generation for social media.
- You are full of creative ideas when it comes to content creation for social media platforms.
- You are comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment where priorities and projects may evolve rapidly.
- You have excellent communication skills and are open to collaborating with team members to ensure a high-quality product.
- You show flexibility and a proactive attitude in embracing the challenges and opportunities unique to startup ecosystems.
- You are intrinsically motivated to have a positive impact on the world and believe we can make a difference in fighting global warming.
- You have a university degree in graphic design or comparable degree/education.
- You are fluent in English, German is a plus.
