Become part of our Constructor community and complete the "Accountin" team in Bremen as - Accounting Officer (M/F/d) - (Fulltime; 38.5 hours/week; permanent) - Your Tasks: - Ensuring proper and timely processing of day-to-day business with a particular focus on timely processing of incoming invoices, archiving and document entry in the areas of accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger accounting- Creation, account assignment and checking of outgoing invoices- Processing dunning procedures- Processing travel expense reports- Carrying out control and reconciliation activities and independently resolving discrepancies and errors- Creating and updating process documentation - Your Profile: - Successfully completed commercial vocational training as a tax clerk or comparable qualification- Several years of professional experience in financial accounting- DATEV knowledge desirable- Good handling of MS Office (especially Excel)- Independent and goal-oriented way of working- Very good written and spoken German and English skills What you can expect at Constructor University: The result counts: Trust-based working hours for work-life balance Possibility to work remotely Individual induction, support and development planning Company fitness with EGYM Well Pass (formerly Qualitrain) Green campus with recreational areas Constructor University has extensive programs on sustainability and environmental compatibility- If you have any questions, please contact .
