**Your responsibilities**
- You will develop a deep understanding of Uniper’s business, its value drivers, and the business environment
- You will learn from and collaborate with experts from many different fields, contribute your ideas and work on your own projects with various stakeholders
- You will start in the Energies Assets team and rotate flexible upon your individual career development path
- Together with the HSSE team, you will work on yearly plan implementation and visualization by setting up data intelligence to help detecting trends, monitoring performance and raise attention
- You will help improve our power plant performance indicators for the Fleet and propose solutions to the needs of harmonization and customization across countries
- You will learn agile project management techniques
- You will support the decarbonization by collaborating with various stakeholders and the Make Net Zero Probable Program to achieve the new piloting phase and scan for possible sub-project opportunities by defining a standard framework towards a leaner running
- After your first placement in the Performance Team - Energies Assets, you will rotate flexibly upon your individual career development path

**Your profile**
- Successfully completed studies with a focus on engineering, preferably electrical, mechanical, energy, industrial engineering
- Ideally first relevant practical experience gained through internships and/or working student activities
- Curiosity and openness to working in an international environment
- Intercultural experience is crucial, experience abroad a plus
- Sense of responsibility, proactivity, and advanced interpersonal communication skills as well as a drive for continuous improvement with a hands-on mentality
- Fluency of written and spoken English is required, German is an advantage

**Your benefits**

During your 18- or 24-month traineeship at Uniper, you will get to know various divisions and gain valuable experience for your future. In addition to some predefined stations, you can flexibly combine other departments that you would like to pass through and work in an international environment with team members from over 80 countries. In coordination with your team and the requirements of your tasks, you can choose how, when and where you want to work.

Based in Germany, the program gives you a deep insight into our day-to-day business and helps you to explore your personal strengths. You will also have the opportunity to bring in and enhance your interpersonal and teamwork skills. Individual mentoring and a buddy from day one will ensure you have the best possible foundation for the next step in your career at Uniper. We are fortunate that, on average, more than 95 % of all trainees remain with our team after their program and take on an appropriate follow-up position.
