- Du machst Achtung und die Agenturen unserer Gruppe sichtbar - in der Öffentlichkeit, in der Branche und bei potenziellen Kund*innen.
- Du entwickelst und realisierst individuelle New-Business-Programme für alle Agenturen der Achtung Gruppe.
- Du gestaltest attraktive Einstiegsangebote, die potenzielle Kund*innen begeistern.
- Du platzierst Achtung und unsere Agenturen in relevanten Medien, der Fachpresse und auf Social Media.
- Du entwickelst starke Inhalte, die die die Kompetenz der Gruppe unterstreichen.
- Du unterstützt und begleitest die Kommunikation unserer Gründerinnen-Plattform Achtung Co-Found.
- Du konzipierst und organisierst Event-Formate, die Austausch, Inspiration und neue Kontakte fördern und bestehende Kunden einbinden.
- Du identifizierst preiswürdige Projekte und koordinierst Award-Einreichungen.
- Du arbeitest eng mit den Geschäftsführungen der Agenturgruppe zusammen.
- Du erkennst Marktpotenziale und entwickelst neue Wege, um Umsätze und Erlösquellen zu erschließen.

- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im Agenturumfeld, Business Development, Kommunikation oder Marketing.
- Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Märkte, Trends und Themen, die Unternehmen bewegen.
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Programmen zur Kundengewinnung.
- Du kannst stark kommunizieren - schriftlich wie mündlich, auf Deutsch und Englisch.
- Du bringst Kreativität gepaart mit einem strukturierten, verlässlichen Arbeitsstil mit.
- Du arbeitest mit echter Hands-on-Mentalität - Du setzt nicht nur Konzepte auf, sondern packst selbst mit an und treibst die Umsetzung voran.
- Du hast Lust auf kurze Entscheidungswege und ein Arbeitsumfeld mit Vertrauen und Selbstverantwortung.
