(JUNIOR) ADMINISTRATION SPECIALIST (M/W/D) - OPERATIONAL PROCESSES

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You manage and implement operational process optimizations between cross-functional teams and are in charge of respective projects
- You make sure that all orders are served in the fastest and best possible way by controlling, tracking and matching our orders efficiently through the order cycle stages
- You implement, report and track respective budgets/fulfilment costs and a reporting on further KPIs such as supplier/delivery performance
- You help in the administrative operational process by creating or correcting orders, data or articles in our internal system and if necessary, assist in the Customer backoffice with the focus on returns and/or transactional check-ups
- You support in further operational implementations or returning tasks with the focus on operational security measurements and stock taking / inventory

YOUR PROFILE
- You have successfully completed an apprenticeship or degree with a focus on Business, Operations and/or Supply Chain Management
- You gained your first professional experience in an international company, ideally in the E-Commerce or retail industry and have a strong mindset for process optimization
- You gained first experience using anERP and/or CRM system and are familiar with using MS-Office products (especially Excel)
- You are a team player, who likes to work conceptually on process improvements and bring along a hands-on, communicative and cooperative character
- You have a high level of analytical and logical thinking skills and are characterized by a flexible, conscientious and reliable approach to work
- You are fluent in German and English
