**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WITH US**
- You offer comprehensive and pragmatic guidance regarding clinical data solutions and systems in Human Pharma to our clients.
- You illustrate the reasoning, objectives, and methods involved in the transformation, delivery, and implementation of advanced end-to-end clinical data solutions.
- You provide consulting services to both business and IT departments to facilitate the digital transformation of clinical trials systems and processes.
- You deliver estimates, proposals for business value, and a roadmap for implementation.
- You provide estimations, business value propositions and implementation roadmap.
- You play a co-leadership role in designing and developing these solutions, focusing from the business perspective.
- You assist the Business Development Team by creating presentations, proposals, and go-to-market strategies.
- You establish connections with customers, business leaders, and strategic partnerships, actively driving engagement.

**YOU CONVINCE US WITH**
- A university degree in Biotech/pharma/ medicine or related fields, or comparable qualification.
- At least 5+ years of senior consulting experience in clinical and regulatory space, preferably with Top 20 Pharma companies or CROs (Clinical Reseacrh Organizations).
- Profound knowledge of GxP-regulated clinical research, processes in clinical data management principles, CDISC standards, SDTM, and general clinical trial processes.
- In depth understanding of E2E clinical data flows and regulatory processes.
- Hands-on experience with implementation or transformation of Market standard Clinical Tools - CDS, EDC, CTMS, Veeva etc.
- Experience with Innovative technology solutions for transformation of Clinical trial data solutions.
- Experience with Data Analytics tools and AL/ML concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Data Science concepts along programming skills - Python, R, SAS etc.
- Strong analytical thinking, above-average comprehension skills, independent problem-solving ability.
- Reliability, strong communication skills and strong team play.
- Business fluent in English and very good presentation and communication skills, German language skills are advantageous.
