**What you will be doing**
- Architect and implement cutting-edge SaaS operations strategies that set new industry standards
- Pioneer the integration of AI tools and automation to revolutionize operational efficiency and reliability
- Create a seamless framework for integrating newly acquired SaaS products into our operational ecosystem
- Drive critical decisions on operational protocols, technology stack, and process optimization across our growing portfolio

**What you will NOT be doing**
- Getting bogged down in routine operational tasks—your mission is to eliminate manual processes through AI and automation
- Operating in a single-product silo—you'll be orchestrating operations across a diverse, expanding portfolio of SaaS solutions
- Maintaining conventional operational approaches—you'll be at the forefront of AI-driven operational innovation

**Key Responsibilities**
- Spearhead the development and execution of an AI-enhanced SaaS operations framework that delivers superior reliability, optimizes costs, and ensures seamless integration across our growing family of acquired SaaS businesses
- Proven track record with 5+ years of leadership in enterprise-focused SaaS operations
- Demonstrated success in managing SaaS operations for an SME serving enterprise clients
- Hands-on experience implementing AI solutions and automation in operational workflows
- Expert-level proficiency in AWS ecosystem and DevOps practices, including containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes
