**PRODUCT OWNER ECOMMERCE PLATFORM**:
- Herzogenaurach, Germany**YOUR MISSION**:
- Collaborate with different stakeholders to gather and validate key business needs. Transfer requirements and product ideas into user stories. Prioritize the product backlog and create roadmaps with clearly defined milestones
- Stay up to date on market trends and drive / support the vendor selection. Establish a working cooperation with internal and external partners and agencies
- Lead the integration of new tools and features to the European eCommerce platform with a focus on Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Manage external software development teams. Review and challenge their technical approach to ensure a successful roll out
- Be the first contact for the external solution architect. While you are not writing code, you use your experience in software development to ensure an efficient and high-quality development
- Monitor time estimated and spent on specific tickets. Challenge excessive efforts if needed and assess the quality of delivered solutions
- Support the global release management process by coordinating between the business units, the local development teams and the global QA team
- Identify reasons for rejections of code produced by the external development partners to the PUMA global unified code base of Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Coordinate between the parties to close knowledge gaps and improve efficiency
**YOUR TALENT**:
- University degree in computer science, related fields or equal practical experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience in digital product development as a Product Owner, IT Project Manager or Software Developer
- Functional or technical skills in eCommerce solutions and related services, experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is essential
- Analytical and data driven with the ability to simplify complexity
- Experience with agile Project Management and Atlassian product suite (JIRA/Confluence)
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all roles in a digital product team (designers, developers, QA engineer, solution architect etc.)
- Mobile First product thinking and knowledge of headless architecture, CMS systems and mobile apps is beneficial
- Experience with working in a complex international environment
- Fluent in English, fluency in other language is a plus
