To support the further development of our international strategy, we are looking for an Accountant (f/m/d) to join a team dedicated to providing innovative solutions to a global community of healthcare professionals and their patients.

YOUR TASKS
- The world of numbers is simply your thing and when it comes to accounting, no-one will be able to take the butter off your bread so quickly. We rely on your expertise and knowledge, especially when it comes to accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll accounting. Your strong analytical understanding and expertise will help you quickly familiarise yourself with our world of numbers.
- Of course, we have come up with even more ideas for your future tasks:

- You are the central point of contact for questions relating to our finances.
- You will be responsible for the independent processing of all accounting transactions in the areas of accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger accounts through to ensuring smooth payment transactions.
- You are responsible for reconciling the invoice approval and the final check.
- With your expertise, you will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our accounting processes and thus shape our collaboration.
- You will be responsible for processing accruals and deferral accounts as well as importing data from the external ERP system SAGE.
- Whether to clarify the mapping of business transactions on the balance sheet, for enquiries from auditors or in your interface function to individual specialist departments - you are the central contact person for all these topics at our company.

YOUR PROFILE
- Successfully completed commercial training
- Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting as well as payroll accounting
- You are enthusiastic about economic contexts; you are curious and enjoy discovering new complex topics for yourself
- You enjoy further developing existing processes and implementing new ones and also supporting the further development of our accounting system
- Conscientious, independent and goal-orientated work in a future-oriented company is important to you
- professional experience in payroll accounting
- Check travel and expense claims
- Maintain employee master data
- Manage employees' working hours and absences (illness, holidays, etc.)
- Monitoring of accounts and incoming payments
- You are experienced in coordinating and communicating with external service providers (tax consultants and auditors)
- You enjoy learning new things and developing your skills
- You have already been able to use your excellent language skills in German and English professionally
