**The role**:
We’re looking for a talented and experienced digital designer who is motivated to build on our design foundations and contribute to the team with their experience and knowledge. You’re a highly visual thinker and communicator, passionate about designing digital landing pages and innovative brand experiences. You are experienced in web design and web development. You can identify the core message, visually bring it to life, and move quickly from thinking to making. You’ll be partnered with two designers while working with marketing and copywriters to create beautiful work for our product.

Amongst others your responsibilities will be:

- Focus on a wide range of design work that lives across web, mobile, and emerging technology.
- Work with a team of junior designers and be their mentor on the path to excellence in design thinking.
- Take designs from initial concepts, sketches or prototypes through production and be responsible for bringing them to life using your web development skills.
- Collaborate closely with team members from other disciplines that span diverse perspectives and expertise.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years experience in Web Design / HTML & CSS and very good understanding of discipline practices & SEO.
- Basic knowledge of Javascript for Web Design (forms, frontend snippets).
- Wordpress administration and management.
- Proven experience w/ Adobe CC, Figma, Webflow.
- Record of working in multidisciplinary, marketing-focused teams as a senior designer.
- Detail oriented - you work pixel perfect but balanced with the ability to step back and see the bigger picture in your design work.
- A fearless approach to problem-solving.
