**Overall Mission**

The Logistics Coordinator will manage Operations to guarantee service quality. They will handle temperature-controlled transport solutions in compliance with the commitments made and collaboration with the OPS and quality team.

**Main Contribution**

**Managing Temperature-Controlled Shipments**:

- Preparing and verifying documents required for transporting temperature-sensitive goods (e.g., export and import paperwork, customs invoices, AWB, HAWB).
- Monitoring real-time transport conditions (temperature) to ensure compliance with customer requirements and regulations.
- Ensuring compliance with GDP and industry standards and regulations for handling and shipping temperature-controlled products.
- Ensuring that the correct temperature-controlled containers (e.g., refrigerated containers, cool boxes) are used for each shipment.
- Coordinating with airlines and handling agents to ensure the use of the proper equipment during the airfreight process.

**Proactive Monitoring and Response (Customer and Supplier communication)**:

- Proactively monitoring shipment status and condition throughout transit to anticipate any potential temperature excursions and acting accordingly.
- Maintaining regular communication with customers, ensuring they are updated on the status of temperature-sensitive shipments.
- Communicating with customers as well as with airlines, handling agents, customs brokers and other logistic service providers.
- Handling any incidents related to temperature deviations, including addressing customer concerns and managing the escalation process.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- In case of temperature deviation, initiating contingency plans and ensuring proper corrective actions.
- Identifying and implementing improvements in handling, packaging, and transportation processes to enhance the quality and efficiency of temperature-controlled shipments.

**Compliance and Auditing**:

- Ensuring adherence to all relevant regulatory bodies’ standards (e.g., GDP - Good Distribution Practice, IATA Temperature-Controlled Regulations).
- Conducting audits on shipments to ensure adherence to the required processes and identifying areas for improvement.

**Data Management**:

- Ensuring 100% accurate and timely data entry related to temperature-sensitive shipments (e.g., real-time temperature data logs, shipment tracking details).
