Since 2012, we’ve been successfully operating across Europe with our brands Shirtee, Shirtigo, X-Print, and KOMA in têxtile finishing, e-commerce, and areas such as print-on-demand, dropshipping, warehousing, and fulfillment. Every day, we produce tens of thousands of personalized products for our partners—including well-known online shops, clubs, NGOs, Bundesliga teams, DAX companies, content creators, and streetwear brands.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Ensure proper and efficient execution of print jobs.
- Monitor the printing process to detect and correct errors early.
- Regularly clean and maintain the DTF printer.
- Check print results for quality and accuracy.
- Manage and organize printing materials and resources.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth production workflows.

**Your Profile**
- You pay close attention to print quality and ensure everything runs perfectly.
- You have technical skills to quickly identify problems and find solutions.
- You are organized and can efficiently plan workflows and meet deadlines reliably.
- You enjoy teamwork and communicate clearly with colleagues.
- You are willing to work in shifts (early/late).

**Nice to Have (optional)**:

- Understanding of printing technologies and processes, especially DTF printing.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design to optimally prepare print files.

**(1) Screening**

**(2) Phone Interview**
If we think you could be a good fit or see potential, we’ll arrange a short phone interview to discuss key points and answer any questions transparently.

**(3) Interview & Trial Day**
A follow-up interview goes deeper into tasks and requirements while also covering organizational matters. This is usually combined with a trial day to introduce you to our workflow and team.

**(4) Contract Offer**
If we still have a positive feeling after the interviews, we finalize contract details and send you an offer. We aim to keep this process quick and transparent.

**(5) Welcome on Board**
After signing the contract (usually digitally first, then in person), you’ll receive all important documents and information to help you start smoothly.
