**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Sie sind technischer Repräsentant für ein Software-Produkt und arbeiten mit einem agilen Team nach Scrum
- Sie vertreten die Produkt-Ziele und Roadmaps ausgerichtet an übergeordneten Unternehmensstrategien und -zielen
- Sie übernehmen die gesamtheitliche Verantwortung von der Idee bis zur Gesamtintegration des Produktes
- Ihr Fokus liegt auf der Qualität, der technischen Umsetzung sowie der kontinuierlichen Optimierung des Produktes
- Sie steuern, erfassen, analysieren und priorisieren die Anforderungen von verschiedenen Stakeholdern
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Erstellung des Product Backlogs mit Epics, User Stories und Tasks sowie für die Priorisierung des Product Backlogs und Koordination der Aufgaben im Entwicklungsteam
- Sie steuern das Projektbudget und die betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen
- Sie stimmen sich eng mit dem Produkt & Projektmanagement sowie den Kollegen innerhalb der Software-Entwicklung ab
- Sie unterstützen die agile Weiterentwicklung und Arbeitsweisen der Teams

**Ihr Profil**:

- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder in einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Sie bringen Berufserfahrung als Product Owner im Umfeld digitaler Produkte wie z.B. Data Science Produkte mit
- Sie verfügen über Methodik-Know-How im Anforderungsmanagement
- Sie besitzen ausgezeichnete Scrum-Kenntnisse, eine Product Owner Zertifizierung
- Erwünscht sind Kenntnisse in der Prozessmodellierung, der natürlich-sprachlichen Anforderungsdefinition (Use Case, User Stories) sowie der modellbasierten Anforderungsdefinition
- Sie gehen strukturiert, analytisch-fundiert und lösungsorientiert vor und arbeiten selbständig, aber auch in Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams
- Sie besitzen ein empathisches Auftreten, exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie eine starke Kundenorientierung
- Sie besitzen fundierte Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
