We are seeking an Enterprise IT Architect to join our Corporate IT Enterprise Architecture team. The role will be responsible for driving the evolution of Siemens IT Architecture Landscape and supporting the implementation of our Siemens IT strategy and strategic programs.
- ** Architecture Strategy & Development**: Develop and evolve the Siemens IT Architecture Landscape with focus on Sales/ Lead-to-Cash by defining strategic architecture roadmaps aligned with business and IT strategy. Ensure scalability, security, and interoperability across platforms while driving innovation.
- **Architecture Governance**: Drive adoption of architecture principles, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistency across initiatives to implements Siemens IT Target Architecture for Sales. Lead architecture reviews and decision-making processes to align solutions with Siemens Sales/Lead-to-Cash ambitions.
- **Project Leadership**: Provide architectural leadership for strategic IT programs (e.g., ONE Tech Company) by ensuring design consistency, technical feasibility, and alignment with Siemens' enterprise architecture. Guide project teams in selecting technologies and designing solutions that meet business needs. Act as a key advisor to ensure architectural risks and dependencies are managed effectively.
- ** Stakeholder Community**: Engage and collaborate with Sales business leaders, IT Sales teams, and external partners to align architecture decision. Communicate complex architectural concepts in a clear and actionable manner. Build strong relationships to foster cross-functional alignment and drive architecture adoption.
**This is how you'll win us over**
- ** Education**:Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- ** Experience & Skills**- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Marketplaces, eCommerce, Sales and Lead-to-Cash
- Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable and robust architectures
- Excellent understanding of current architectural principles and methods
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and project management abilities
- Proven record working with EAM Tools e.g. LeanIX
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Agile program transformation delivery methods
