**Your Key Responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Independently lead the SPR sub-team within the biophysical characterization lab
- Represent the SPR and BLI technology in line function and matrix meetings
- Coordinate SPR and BLI analytics in accordance with project needs
- Develop, optimize and qualify SPR methods for functional characterization of biosimilars, especially target and receptor binding assays
- Prepare development reports and SOPs, coordinate method transfers
- Present analytical results, interpret and discuss them with project experts
- Support project-specific matrix teams in development of analytical strategies and in preparation of high-quality, registration documents

**What you’ll bring to the role**:
**Essential Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in relevant natural science such as molecular and cell biology, biochemistry or biotechnology
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in biopharmaceutical industry
- Proven expert in SPR and/or BLI technology
- 2 years of hands-on experience in protein binding analytics with BLI or SPR is a must.
- Work and documentation experience under GxP conditions is beneficial
- Familiarity with common data analysis software packages like SigmaPlot or Origin is a plus.
- Fluency in oral and written English and German is necessary
