- Ihre Aufgaben- Prozess-, Kommunikations
- und Dokumentationsunterstützung innerhalb der Distribution Partner (BU)
- Management sämtlicher interner Due Diligence und Compliance relevanter Prozesse
- Erfassung und Nachverfolgung sämtlicher Marketing und BU Kostenstellekosten
- Planung und Reporting der BU Kosten mit internen Stakeholdern
- Unterstützung der Vorbereitung, Prüfung und Unterzeichnung von Verträgen mit mehreren Stakeholdern
- Sicherstellen, dass Prozesse effizient ausgeführt werden, um Vertragsabschlüsse zu gewährleisten
- Schnittstelle zwischen kaufmännischen und regulatorischen Abteilungen, um die Einhaltung von Prozessen und Dokumenten sicherzustellen (Hauptansprechpartner (m/w/d) für Compliance, Einkauf, Rechtsabteilung, PV, CRA)
- Arbeiten im engen Kontakt mit den Teammitgliedern aus der Unit und anderen Abteilungen, sodass Prozess Timelines eingehalten werden
- Kommunikation mit internen Stakeholdern sowie gelegentlich mit internationalen Vertretern, Kunden und Behörden im Ausland
- Allgemeine administrative Supportaufgaben und Vorbereitung von Berichten und Präsentationen
- Planung und Steuerung von BU internen und externen Meetings und Events
- Ihr Profil- Ausbildung zum Industriekaufmann (m/w/d) oder erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder wissenschaftliches Studium oder gleichwertige Erfahrung in einem Arbeitsumfeld
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Prozessmanagement und in der Koordination mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Dokumentationsmanagement, z.B. mit Verträgen, Compliance-Dokumenten, Due Diligence, Regulatory
- Praktische Erfahrung im Vertriebsumfeld eines Pharma-/Healthcare-/Medizinprodukteunternehmens ist von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS Office, MS Excel und SAP
- Sehr gute Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
