**Project Management Intern/ Working Student (f/m/d)**:
**Your Responsibilities**:

- Assist Project Managers on the day-to-day responsibilities of planning, tracking and reporting to ensure a smooth project implementation and timely deliveries
- Plan and prepare key project meetings, documenting key discussions and action items and follow up on project tasks with shore
- and ship-side stakeholders
- Help develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports
- Conduct research, analyze data, and contribute to improvement initiatives within the project

**Your Profile**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, engineering, maritime business or any related field
- First professional experience, especially in project management and organizational tasks
- High motivation and dedication to the success of the project which might require going the extra mile
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on accuracy and quality of work
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders as English is our company language
- Proficiency in Office 365 and MS Project
