For Hamburg Headquarters we are recruiting a**HR Business Controller (M/F/d)**

Your new job includes
- As HR Business Controller (M/F/d), you will act as a sparring partner for the People & Culture department and advise them on all business issues and decision-making processes. In particular, you will- further develop the KPI control system and create meaningful management reporting
- support the planning and forecasting processes in the central business units and local units
- carry out profitability calculations and ad hoc analyses
- deal with organizational development in the form of deviation analyses, forecasts and simulations and derive the need for action from this
- further develop the tools and processes for managing the People & Culture division in a targeted manner
- support cross-divisional projects

What you should bring along
- A degree in economics with a focus on controlling or HR as well as several years of professional experience in HR controlling, ideally in an international environment
- Experience in setting up and implementing controlling processes and efficient reporting tools
- Extensive knowledge and experience with MS Office (especially Excel) and BI and ideally with SAP
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Excellent analytical skills in combination with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, confident demeanor and a strong business partner mentality
