Für unsere Abteilung Supply Chain Management Cosmetics in Schwäbisch Gmünd suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen
Director Supply Chain Management Cosmetics (m/w/d)
Was Dich erwartet:
- Gewährleistung der termingerechten Marktversorgung aller Kosmetikprodukte weltweit
- Steuerung der Wertschöpfung entlang der Supply Chain und Engpassmanagement
- Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Strategien hinsichtlich einer agilen und flexiblen Supply Chain
- Optimierung der SC-Prozesse durch datengestützte Analysen und Massnahmen
- Verantwortung für Produktionsplanung und -steuerung im Bereich Naturkosmetik, inklusive Lohnherstellung
- Verantwortung für das Materials Management für Packmittel und Rohstoffe
- Verantwortung für Supply Planning und Co-Packing für die Märkte DE und CH
- Bestandsverantwortung, -überwachung und -optimierung
- Leitung der S&OP Experts, Application Management von FuturMaster, (API-System) und Beratung der Tochtergesellschaften bezüglich Demand Planning, Forecasting und S&OP Prozesse
- Initiierung und Durchführung von SCM-Projekten und deren Integration in operative Abläufe
- Weiterentwicklung von KPI’s zur Steuerung der Prozesse
Was Du mitbringst:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit SCM-Schwerpunkt
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im SCM, vorzugsweise im Umfeld von FMCG
- Mehrjährige fachliche und disziplinarische Führungserfahrung von größeren Teams
- Ausgeprägte analytische, konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und strategische Denkweise
- Selbständiges, eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und überzeugendes Auftreten
- Fähigkeit, auch bei hohem Arbeitsaufkommen präzise Ergebnisse zu liefern
- Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Projekte und der Überführung der Resultate in die operative Arbeit
- Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und Kundenorientierung
- Deutsch auf Niveau Muttersprache, verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
- Interesse an den Werten und Kultur der Weleda
