**Ihre zukünftige Arbeitsstelle**:

- For our client, Microsoft Deutschland GmbH, we are looking for you as an Executive Business Support (M/F/d).

Microsoft Deutschland GmbH is the second largest subsidiary of Microsoft Corporation. In Germany, it is responsible for marketing products and serving customers and partners. Microsoft Deutschland GmbH cooperates with around 36,500 local partner companies and is represented by six other branches nationwide in addition to its headquarters in Munich. The Business Unit is responsible for driving new revenue growth and market share growth vs. competitors through solution and technical selling of Microsoft's Enterprise Sales Priorities.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Proactively and effectively support Team Leads by managing their calendar, travel bookings and travel expenses.
- Organize cross-functional meetings, Offsites and weekly Team meetings.
- Prepare team meeting agendas and track action items (if required) on a regular basis.
- Exercise sound judgement, diplomacy, integrity, and professionalism in all transactions to include communicating and working with confidential and sensitive information.

**Ihr Profil**:

- First experience of senior level administrative support in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with a hands-on, can-do attitude
- Eager to learn new tools and processes that support our business
- High level of integrity and professionalism in maintaining confidentiality on highly sensitive matters
- Proactive approach to anticipating the executives’ needs
- Organized and efficient, able to work independently and in a team
- Ability to respond to and prioritize numerous concurring, often competing demands
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German
- Proficient in MS Office
