Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt für ein unbefristetes Arbeitsverhältnis deine Unterstützung als **Accountant Receivable / Payable (m/w/d)** in der Segula Technologies GmbH am Standort **Rüsselsheim**.
**Stellenbeschreibung**
- Selbständiges Buchen von Ausgangsrechnungen sowie Abstimmung Hauptbuch mit Nebenbuch
- Zeitnahe Erfassung von Eingangszahlungen und Ausgleich von offenen Forderungen
- Wöchentliche Vorbereitung von Mahnläufen, inkl. Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen
- Erstellung von Ausgangsrechnungen für nicht projektbezogene Aktivitäten
- Abklärung von Waren
- und Liefer-Eingang pro Rechnung
- Unterstützung und Mitwirkung bei der monatlichen Abschlusserstellung nach dem HGB und der IFRS
- Betriebsinterne Abstimmung zu allgemeinen Anfragen aus den Fachbereichen
- Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse in der Buchhaltung
- Reporting an den Head of Controlling & Accounting

**Qualifikationen**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation; Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) wünschenswert
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen und der Buchhaltung
- Kenntnisse der Buchhaltungsgrundsätze (IFRS und HGB) von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse von Tools und Software (MS Office, Microsoft AX/Navision/D365)
- Analytische Fähigkeiten und Genauigkeit zur Verwaltung großer Datenmengen
- Freude an Teamarbeit
- Selbständigkeit und Belastbarkeit bei hohem Arbeitsaufwand
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
