**Your responsibilities**:
To work at gridX, we look for something different. Our number one priority is to build a team of passionate individuals, who are driven to make the energy transition happen.
- As part of an 18-month Growth Acceleration Program, you will go through our “onboarding ramp” with tool and method training as well as important sales knowledge. Besides valuable softskills in customer and sales management, the program is your kickstart into the energy market and green tech. While having the opportunity to lead your own projects with new prospective customers in the energy sector, you’ll have the chance to tip into other growth roles in which you will subsequently develop.

**Your profile**:

- You have completed your bachelor´s / master´s degree with a focus on industrial engineer, energy management or similar with a very good degree
- Structured, organized and creative way of working with high solution orientation
- Highly motivated for the greentech landscape and impact driven
- Good technical understanding, hands-on mentality and assertiveness
- Expressive communication and teamwork skills
- Fluency in German and English
