Munich, Germany - Tech Hiring - 3054642 **Job Description**: - This role belongs to our German subsidiary Wipro Technologies GmbH with a headquarter in Frankfurt and is open for all locations in Germany. **Role Summary** - Residing within Wipro's FullStride Cloud Global Business Line, the Program Director Role is accountable for the delivery and leadership of Wipro's global integrated IT change programs (minimum TCV of >$5M). These programs are typically organizationally complex, often transformational, and operate across multi-cultural and geographic environments. The role of Program Director is pivotal in providing market leading delivery capability and a superior delivery experience for our clients, enabling Wipro to deliver on its strategic ambitions by creating close and trusted relationships with our clients, and being closely aligned to their emerging needs. **Role Responsibilities** - Act as the Wipro day to day single point of contact, proactively managing client stakeholders for all program delivery matters. - Clear comprehension and alignment of the client's strategic objectives and desired experience. - Responsibility for successful delivery of the program 'end to end' - delivering the required outcomes or success criteria with accountability for value creation and achieving the required contractual, operational and financial performance. - Set the program up for success with effective and robust governance and control processes in place to ensure delivery can be effectively managed and monitored (including legal and contractual compliance) and continually demonstrate compliance to relevant standards and policies. - At solutioning stage, clearly define the shape and structure of the program and ensure clarity of scope and milestone delivery to enable revenue collection at junctures throughout the program lifecycle. - Responsible for leading a large global multi-faceted team. Provide leadership, direction, guidance, coaching and mentoring, whilst ensuring the team are continuously aligned, inspired and motivated. Identification and development of key talent. - Lead program delivery organisations (including client and 3rd party teams) to successfully deliver program outcomes and benefits. - Develop and build a trusted adviser relationship with senior leaders at executive levels and become the face of Wipro at client executive and board level meetings. - Operate across the program at both strategic and coal face, identify and manage key program risks and act swiftly in their mitigation. - Continuously manage program risks and dependencies and conduct program health assessments through critical and objective assessment, implementing appropriate re-orientation / recovery strategies where required. - When required, rapidly and accurately assess the root cause(s) of program issues/failure, define and execute plans for recovery. - Actively grow Wipro's business within a given account (delivery led growth). **Required Skills**: - Background and evidential deep industry knowledge in one or more business sectors (e.g. Financial Services, Telecommunications, Manufacturing etc.). - Proven track record in delivering large / global / complex IT transformational programs. - Exemplary leadership, commercial and strategic awareness with ability to navigate multi-dimensional environments to the benefit of Wipro. - Ability to develop and monitor program schedules, cost / budget and timelines to identify and meet critical milestones, risks, mitigations and dependencies. - Demonstratable experience in building and leading high performing global /remote teams. - Decisive leader with the ability to make decisions swiftly whilst assessing the associated risks, with the ability to remain calm, collected and rational under pressure. - Getting into the detail, understanding critical path and leveraging own experience to identify risks, issues and/or areas of improvement. - Awareness / familiarity with FinOps, Risk and contract management practices. - Must be able drive or participate in deal solution definition or solution review (including estimations, schedule, resourcing, tooling, governance and reporting etc.). - Ability to proactively give compelling proposals based on customer's business need, leveraging Wipro’s internal ecosystem to build the same. **Qualifications and Experience** - Demonstrated accountability for leading a large (>$5M) program, end to end. "Program" includes change/transformation program, incl. transition, but excl. pure managed service. - Minimum 10 years of program management experience. - Held client facing roles with accountability for achieving program and contract outcome. - Relevant Bachelors Degree / Masters in related field is desired. - Current PMI - PgMP or OGC - Managing Successful Programs (MSP) certification is desired. - Agile delivery accreditations, and/or experience of managing programs / large solutions in scaled agile (e.g. SAFe) ways of working is desired - Cloud accr
