To support our international, diverse team, we are now looking for a Head of Broker Products (m/w/x) Tasks - Take responsibility for Alteos' broker product offering which currently includes Hausrat and Haftplicht with more exciting products currently in development - Build a unifying structure for all broker products based on Alteos vision of best-price-value positioning, outstanding broker and customer service and"Broker Peace-of-Mind" product offering - Hands-on management of the full portfolio of broker products as well as responsibility for the product manager(s) - Development of new product and security concepts with our sales partners, bycombining insurance, assistance and prevention - You develop long-term product strategies and are responsible for building, monitoring and controlling the product portfolio - You advise the decision-makers during the introduction of new products - Close cooperation with technical product management for the development and implementation of new ideas - You design and formulate insurance conditions and other legally relevant features of our insurance products - Communication of the work results, preparation of decision templates - Evaluation of profitability, preparation of business cases and validation of the assumptions for product design - In close coordination with the Legal Department, you ensure quality legal compliance **Requirements**: Who are we looking for? Therefore we focus on the attitude you have, the right mindset and personality. - Demonstrated ability to lead product development with many stakeholders - Demonstrated ability in agile planning - Previous experience leading people is an advantage - Ability to thrive in an agile and fast-paced environment - You bring with you at least two years of work experience as a product manager in the insurance industry - You have basic legal knowledge in applicable insurance law and know the VAG, VVG or IDD - You have good analytical and conceptual skills - Customer-oriented and solution-oriented thinking and acting are a matter of course for you - An entrepreneurial, pragmatic and solution-oriented approach shape your actions - In addition to the "start-up" mentality, you also have a high degree of creativity,self-initiative and independence - You are technology-savvy and motivated to deal with legal and commercial questions of the digitization of insurance contracts - Knowledge of data analysis tools, e.g. B.
