Tasks
- Lead the channel and the team: You will take responsibility for selecting and managing agencies to achieve optimal results. You will also lead a team of Influencer Marketing Managers and ensure the successful implementation of campaigns.
- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies: You will evolve influencer marketing into one of our strongest marketing channels and a key driver of growth. You will identify relevant trends and opportunities in influencer marketing and leverage them effectively.
- Budget management: You will carefully manage seven-figure budgets, maximize ROI, and negotiate competitive rates with influencers and agencies.
- Reporting and analysis: You will create regular performance reports, use key metrics for decision-making, and develop strategies based on data-driven insights.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: At least 4 years of experience in e-commerce influencer marketing with a proven track record of generating significant growth.
- Strategic thinking: You design innovative marketing strategies that take influencer marketing to the next level.
- Communication: You are confident in negotiations, fluent in both German and English, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
- Analytical skills: You analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize to achieve the best possible results.
- Organization: You have excellent organizational skills and can efficiently manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Technical skills: You are familiar with influencer marketing tools and platforms.
- Adaptability: You are flexible and respond quickly to changes in trends and the influencer landscape.
