**What You’ll Do**:

- You **support the executive management team**in driving strategic initiatives and transformation projects - from initial concept to implementation.
- You **create compelling PowerPoint presentations and decision-making materials** that clearly communicate complex topics.
- You **analyze business models**, **develop financial scenarios**, and **contribute to the strategic direction** of the group.
- You act as a **key communication interface** between management, shareholders, and international partners.

**What You Bring**:

- You have **at least three years of professional experience** in a fast-paced, international environment.
- You demonstrate a **structured and independent working style**, combined with a **high level of ownership**.
- You possess **strong numerical and analytical skills**, especially in building business cases and financial models.
- You are **highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel** and know how to turn data into impactful visuals.
- You are **fluent in both German and English**, spoken and written, and feel confident working in multicultural teams.
- You bring strong **communication skills, a collaborative mindset**, and a **high degree of entrepreneurial thinking**.
- You hold a **degree in business administration or a related field**, ideally complemented by experience in consulting, business development, or M&A.
