We are looking for a knowledge Consultant to join our growing Commercial team. **Strengthen 3E’s relationships with our existing clients**:

- Partner with Account Managers to unlock business value potential of 3E products within the Enterprise book of business. Drive product adoption and usage growth.
- Guide Business Development and Solutions Engineers to successfully navigate client's org and regulatory landscape during new sales and cross-sell sales process. Serve as regulatory, EH&S SME and guide solution design.
- Serve as an industry expert and assist in analyzing a client’s business needs, challenges and objectives to design relevant solution/service package that enables client’s business performance.

**Execute and Deliver on Consulting Engagements**
- Manage successful execution of Consulting engagements; help clients manage regulatory requirements and design end to end solutions to drive desired business objectives.
- Prioritize 3E’s Consulting Engagements as it relates to opportunity size. Assist in RFI/RFP/SoW preparation.
- Structure Process Auditing processes as part of Consulting engagements. Complete pre-assessments, stakeholder interviews, and gap analysis as it relates to our clients processes and product compliance/stewardship workflows
- Create and manage project plan with various internal and external stakeholders.

**Go to Market responsibilities**:

- Proactively stay abreast of latest major global chemical regulatory updates.
- Influence our product roadmap and go to market strategy by sharing client feedback with our Commercial leaders and Product teams.
- Create and maintain industry point-of-view presentations and client-facing collateral.
- Attend industry events and tradeshows. Publicly represent and promote 3E’s industry expertise on relevant topics.

**Qualifications**:

- 10-15 years of successful Product Stewardship, EH&S, and regulatory space are required.
- A background in the chemical regulatory solutions, supply chain or IT systems sales, or EH&S industry is preferred.
- Experience in public health and public policy setting is a plus.
- A previous user of 3E’s products and services is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree is required, specifically, a degree in Chemistry/Biology/Environmental Science or a related field is required.
