We are looking for a **Digital Solutions Expert - Automation &**Analytics (M/F/d)** to join our team at **KWS Berlin GmbH**. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving innovation and operational excellence by combining expertise in automation and analytics. You will identify opportunities, design and implement impactful solutions, and lead projects that support our digital transformation and business objectives. If you are a motivated team player with strong communication skills, we look forward to meeting you This job is **full-time** (38h/week)**, hybrid**(40% home-office) and **unlimited.** **Your responsibilities**: - Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, Process Owners, and Functional Automation Leads to develop solutions in: Data Analytics; Business Intelligence; Business Process Automation; AI driven solutions (e.g., using Copilot Studio) - Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable and sustainable solution designs. - Act as a knowledgeable counterpart to external implementation partners, ensuring alignment with internal standards and needs. - Manage analytics and automation environments across design, development, testing, and production stages. - Ensure system stability, capacity planning, and effective coordination of the solution portfolio. - Foster analytics and automation capabilities within Global Business Operations (GBO) departments, aligned with the organizational strategical goals. - Ensure compliance, clarity and transparency with established governance frameworks, methodologies, and processes. - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement. - Mentor colleagues to build digital competencies. - Demonstrate strong business acumen and process understanding. **Your profile**: - Degree in Business Informatics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. - Proven experience in one or more of the following areas: Data Analytics; Business Intelligence; Intelligent Process Automation; or Agentic AI. - Desirable knowledge with Microsoft Power Platform full suite; Copilot Studio, and SAP (Analytics Cloud and Datasphere) - International project management and Agile methodologies experiences are a plus. - Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage. - Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholders’ engagement. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - A data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and attention to detail. **Your benefits**: - We are an international team of open-minded people with diverse and cross-functional experience - Interesting and challenging tasks and projects - As a family business, we are guided by the values of closeness, reliability, vision and independence; this culture is lived in practice and ensures an open and friendly working atmosphere from day one - The best of both worlds: KWS Berlin combines the security of a large, stable company with the passion of a start-up - Our location in the heart of Berlin-Schöneberg is very modern; directly opposite the underground station Bülowstraße and with secured car & bicycle parking spaces - We offer 30d holidays, flexible working hours, holiday and Christmas bonuses, company pension scheme, JobRad and/or Jobticket - True to our motto "Make yourself grow", we support the professional and personal development of our employees
