We want to make healthcare more accessible and provide patients globally with access to affordable treatments from world-class medical professionals

In order to realize this ambitious goal, we have partnered with hand-picked, high-quality medical providers around the world. On our website, patients can find and compare medical providers for their desired treatment, get in touch with us, and book it right away.

Located in Berlin, Germany, we are a team of 50 international, entrepreneurial, mission-driven and super-friendly colleagues.

As a designer on the marketing team, you are not only designing the final piece, but you also care about the message itself. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling products that accurately represent our brand and effectively communicate our message.

You will support our Director of Design, and your primary stakeholder will be Marketing.

**What you will be doing**:

- Contribute to the company's visual identity guidelines
- Participate in the concept development and design process.
- Working with the marketing team also means you enjoy seeing the results of your work. Testing excites you, and you actively look for data to support your design process.

**What your skills package should look like**:

- 1-2 years of marketing designer experience in a fast/paced start-up environment.
- You are interested in the result of your work and think from the user's perspective.
- Experience in graphic design as well as video editing
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite. Familiar with Figma is a plus
- Experience in producing creatives for various channels
- Highly motivated, like to contribute creatively, have a great eye for detail and have the ability to work independently
- Professional English
