As a (Junior) UX Designer (M/F/d), you will:

- Create interaction design and visual design specifications for planned features, based on our award-winning design system.
- Collaborate on user journeys and interaction design prototypes for a harmonized user experience across product components.
- Engage in user research and usability testing sessions with internal and external users to better understand the user needs and create user-centered designs.
- Work closely with our developers, product experts and technical writers to provide simple, usable, accessible, and delightful user experiences by addressing different persona types.
- Elaborate and design new feature requirements.
- Work in a local team that closely collaborates across different international locations and with designers in other organizations.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- First experience as a UX designer in software development.
- Experience in developing interaction design specifications.
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles.
- Knowledge of design software such as Figma.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written). German is a plus.
- Curiosity to understand technical products and their users is a must in our domain. In our daily work, we communicate and collaborate with colleagues across teams and locations.

Our Data Warehouse Cloud design team in Walldorf combines the expertise and passion of designers and technical writers. We collaborate with teams internationally to provide a desirable, harmonized, and accessible end-to-end user experience for our customers.
