**Role Summary**:
**Role Description**:
**What You will Do**:

- Manage and optimize IAM systems, specifically Azure Entra (Azure AD) and Active Directory
- Implement and coordinate IAM processes using various tools
- Develop IAM concepts to further enhance the IAM architecture
- Produce regular reports to monitor identities and access rights
- Analyze and resolve IAM-specific challenges and issues
- Ensure IT security and compliance standards in collaboration with other teams
- Create and maintain documentation for IAM processes and systems

**What You will Bring**:

- Several years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), particularly with Azure Entra (Azure AD) and Active Directory
- Experience in developing IAM concepts and producing reports
- Experience with IT security standards and compliance requirements in IAM environments
- Analytical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to advise internal stakeholders, such as Service Owners
- Knowledge of automating IAM processes is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
- Experience in process documentation and optimization
- Fluent in German and English
