Reiseanteil: mittel
Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und Englisch sehr gut

Das erwartet dich als Head of Market Cluster Health (m/w/d)
- Du entwickelst eine klare Go-to-Market-Strategie, um unsere Digital Health-Lösungen erfolgreich am Markt zu platzieren, neue Kund*innen zu gewinnen und nachhaltiges Wachstum zu sichern
- Du verantwortest die P&L, Umsatz-, OR- und Finanzplanung sowie die optimale Ressourcenverteilung des Marktsegments Health
- Du baust Strukturen, Prozesse und die Rollenarchitektur für das Cluster Health als skalierbares, zukunftsorientiertes Geschäftsfeld auf
- Gemeinsam mit dem MMS-Portfolio positionierst du das Marktsegment Health und sorgst durch enge Abstimmung mit dem Portfolio Hub dafür, dass unsere Lösungen marktgerecht, lieferfähig und zukunftsorientiert bleiben
- In deiner Rolle führst du Mitarbeitende sowohl disziplinarisch (5 Personen) als auch fachlich

- Langjährige Executive-Erfahrung in komplexen Organisationsstrukturen sowie nachweisbare Erfolge in der Führung von Führungskräften und interdisziplinären Teams
- Exzellente Markt
- und Branchenexpertise im Digital Health-Umfeld - von Markttrends bis zur Partner
- und Wettbewerbslandschaft
- Erfolgreiche Geschäftsentwicklung, inklusive Aufbau neuer Marktsegmente sowie Kunden
- und Accountbetreuung
- Starkes Netzwerk in der Gesundheitsbranche und die Fähigkeit, dieses kontinuierlich auszubauen
