Als People Operations Specialist (m/w/d) bist du Teil unseres Global People & Culture Teams. Deine Aufgabe ist es, dich auf die Bedürfnisse unserer Mitarbeitenden (oder wie wir sie gerne nennen: "Spatialists") zu konzentrieren und sie während ihres gesamten Employee Lifecycles bei NavVis zu unterstützen. Mit deinem Einsatz und deinem Know-How leistest du einen großen Beitrag zu unserer einzigartigen Unternehmenskultur. Die Stelle ist sowohl für Teilzeit - als auch für Vollzeit ausgelegt. WIE DU ETWAS BEWIRKEN KANNST - Du bist Ansprechpartner: in für unsere Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräfte in allen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen. - Du sorgst für nahtlose und gesetzeskonforme Abläufe in und um unser People Team, die den gesamten Employee Lifecycle unserer Spatialists vom Onboarding bis zum Offboarding abdecken. - Du bist verantwortlich für die Pflege unseres HR Tools Personio. - Du optimierst, gestaltest und erhältst Personalrichtlinien und -prozesse für unsere verschiedenen Gesellschaften aufrecht. - Du unterstützt und übernimmst die Urlaubsvertretung bei der vorbereitenden Gehaltsabrechnung und stehst in engem Austausch mit unserem Abrechnungsdienstleister. WAS DIR DABEI HELFEN WIRD, ERFOLGREICH IN DIESER POSITION ZU SEIN - Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der operativen Personalarbeit, idealerweise in einem internationalen und dynamischen Umfeld. - Du bist sehr detailorientiert und kannst Dinge pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert angehen. - Du bringst gute Kenntnisse im Sozialversicherungs - und Arbeitsrecht mit. - Du hast sehr gute Deutsch - und Englischkentnisse (C2) in Wort und Schrift.
