Order Support Specialist - Part Logistics (f/m/x)

Our headquarter is in the metropolis of Shanghai, China with a European head office in Munich, Germany.

For our European head office in Munich, we are looking for an Order Support Specialist (f/m/x), who will be a part of the after-sales team.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensure Aiways parts orders are collated and sent to 3PL provider for fulfilment
- Backorder tracking and information sharing
- Process parts transactions in internal systems
- Receive parts into the Aiways system when third party logistics provider advises of stock receipt
- Support with customs clearance processes if needed
- Maintain records of requests made to third party logistics provider
- Review 3PL provider invoices for accuracy
- Submit invoices for signoff and payment

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- **University degree in business administration**:

- Working experience in Logistics, Ordering or similar
- Microsoft office suite advanced skills (Word, Excel,)
- Basic SAP skills preferred
- Excellent German and English knowledge. Chinese is a plus
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail and proven analytic skills
- Time management skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic with can-do attitude
- Availability to work in Munich
