- Führung, Weiterentwicklung und Coaching des Produktschulungsteams
- Bedarfs
- und Empfängerorientiertes anpassen des On
- u. Offline-Produktschulungsmaterials
- Entwickeln, Steuern und Implementieren des Schulungskalenders
- Durchführen von aktuellen und effizienten Produktschulungen
- Berater und Markenbotschafter bei Veranstaltungen wie Ausstellungen und Messen
- Weiterentwicklung der digitalen Lernplattform und anderer Wissensquellen
- Unterstützung rCBM bei der Erstellung von Präsentations
- und Kommunikationsmaterialien

**Stärken einbringen: Ihre Qualifikationen**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes kaufmännischen Ausbildung mit fachspezifischer Zusatzqualifikation und einschlägiger Berufserfahrung im Sales
- Erfahrung im Trainings-, Bildungs
- oder / und Didaktikumfeld von Vorteil
- Führungsstärke und Fähigkeit Mitarbeiter zu motivieren
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit im B2B und B2C Umfeld
- Teamfähigkeit
- Analytische und strukturierte Denk
- und Arbeitsweise
- Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- sowie fließende Englischkenntnisse
