Compositing Supervisor

We've recently finished work on _The_ _Matrix: Resurrections_, as well as _The_ _King’s_ _Man_ and Amazon Prime's _The Wheel of Time_. Currently, we're working full throttle on super-secret, confidential and completely non-disclosable projects. “Could tell you, would have to kill you.” In the course of the growing importance of our work for film production, we are growing in a controlled and steady manner. The increasing demand for highly specialized visual effects artists from Germany and abroad presents us with daily new challenges, which are the basis for our long-term success. To support our team in Berlin, we are looking for a **Compositing Supervisor (40h / week) **to start with us ASAP Your main tasks, among others, will be: - Project planning and communication with client. - Organizing the workflow and your team, ensuring that all members meet their deadlines. - Reviewing the work and giving technical and creative guidance to artists. - Help when help is needed and keep a cool head when office seems to burn. - This position requires to be on site. We expect from you to have: - 5+ years experience with Nuke - Nuke scripting and customization with Phyton. - Experience with deep Compositing. - Basic knowledge of matchmoving software and workflow. - Team leading experience. - Advanced knowledge of 3D Space compositing and multi channel workflow. - General knowledge of Maya and/or Houdini. - Very good in working with deadlines. - Strong problem solving ability. - Perfect eye for details and realisM/Feature film experience. - Very good English skills. - A great sense of humor is a plus.
