**What you are responsible for**
- Contribute to the planning and execution of communication campaigns and activities.
- Provide support with website management tasks (Intranet), including blog articles creation and updates.
- Work closely with our team experts to collect information on project launches, events, etc.
- Collect and analyse data insights on content performance and create reports to evaluate and optimise our activities.
- Conduct research on global market and industry trends in the areas of digital, AI and sustainability.
- Coordinate and set up internal events and meetings.

**What you are good at**
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
- Motivated self-starter with an eye for detail and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in **German** and **English**, showcasing an understanding of storytelling and audience engagement.
- Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in marketing and content creation is a plus.
