As a **Data Management Specialist**, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our customer data. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data quality measures, streamline processes, and drive successful data migrations. As an integral part of our experienced team, your tasks will include:

- **Data Quality Strategy**: Develop and implement a robust data quality strategy for the migration of customer master data.
- **Implementation of Quality Assurance Measures**: Develop and implement measures to maintain high quality standards of data throughout the migration process, including data cleansing and validation.
- **Customer Data Preparation**: Efficiently prepare customer data, ensuring it's ready for a successful migration.
- **Documentation of Data Architecture**: Maintain up-to-date documentation of the data architecture, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- **User Training**: Provide training sessions and guidance to users on data quality and best practices.
- **Collaboration with Stakeholders**: Work closely with various stakeholders and data owners to ensure a smooth and seamless data migration process.

**Your Profile**
- Proven experience in **data management and data migration**.
- **Strong analytical mindset **and ability to find patterns in complex datasets.
- A** structured approach **and transparent working style with a willingness to take responsibility.
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, **including the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- **Native in German and fluent in English** (verbal and written).
- **Passionate**, driven, and target-oriented.

**Tech Stack**
- Strong understanding of process workflows in **ERP systems**.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** for data analysis and reporting.
- **Basic SQL knowledge **and experience in writing SQL queries.
- **Bonus points**: Knowledge of **Python programming** and data modeling.
