**Experience Cloud Product Owner Salesforce (w/m/d)**:

- Begleitung von (Teil-)Projekten in allen Phasen der Integration - von der Konzeption, technischen Umsetzung bis hin zur Inbetriebnahme
- Verantwortlich für die Priorisierung und Umsetzung des Product Backlogs
- Aufnahme und Analyse von Fachbereichsanforderungen sowie Erarbeitung von effizienten Umsetzungen
- Erstellung von User Stories abgeleitet aus definierten (SOLL-)Prozessen
- Erarbeitung und Erstellung von Aufwandschätzungen, Machbarkeitsanalysen, Entscheidungsvorlagen und Lösungskonzepten
- Erkennung und Nutzung von Optimierungspotenzialen im laufenden Betrieb
- Schnittstellenmanagement und Koordination von Anforderungen zwischen verschiedenen Bereichen und Stakeholdern
- Moderation und Steuerung der Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Fachabteilungen sowie der externen Dienstleister

**Das zeichnet dich aus**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts
- )Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifizierung
- Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung in der Umsetzung von IT Entwicklungsprojekten im Salesforce-Umfeld
- Kenntnisse über Prozessketten übergreifend von Vertrieb, Kundenservice, Produktentwicklung und technischem Support
- Fundierte Erfahrung in der Anforderungsanalyse und der Erstellung von qualitativ hochwertigen Lastenheften, User Stories, Spezifikationen auf Basis von agilen Methoden (z.B. Scrum)
- Routinierter Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen, insbesondere Word, Excel und PowerPoint
- Ein hohes Maß an Motivation, Zuverlässigkeit sowie Ergebnisorientierung
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
