**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Consultation and support our customers on site.
- Presentation of luxury collections.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service from first contact to finalizing the purchase.

**Your Profile**
- Experience in high-end retail, ideally in jewelry, fashion or homewares.
- Enthusiasm for high quality jewelry. Furthermore, you enjoy excellent customer service.
- Professional demeanor, excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong service awareness.
- Ability to work in a team and to operate confidently in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
- Fluent in German and English. Further foreign language skills are an advantage.
