As Junior Account Controller (M/F/d) you are the link between Brand Management and Controlling. With your commercial skills, you will ensure that our customer projects run smoothly, from project creation to final invoicing to the customer. You convince with your independent and structured work style and are an open and communicative personality.
- Support of the brand management team in the commercial supervision and management of the projects
- Participation in the preparation of offers for our customers
- Planning and creation of projects - from strategy, through conception, to design finalization.
- Time Management(Attendances/Absences, Project Hours)
- Responsible for project controlling, especially supplement management, incoming orders, cost management and plan/actual comparisons
- Responsibility for project accounting and the dunning process
- Further development of existing processes in cooperation with the finance team

**What you bring**:

- A completed commercial vocational training or studies with focus on business administration
- 1-2 years of professional experience (ideally in project management)
- Affinity for FMCG brands and packaging design
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident handling of the common MS-Office programs
- Very good English skills
