**Your future team**

You will be part of Bookiply Product, a highly international team composed of Engineers, Design, Product Management, Technical Support, and QA. You will join the Motherboard team that is responsible for empowering internal stakeholders with customized tooling. With our Product team distributed across our headquarters in Munich and our offices in Málaga and Bolzano, you can be based in any of these locations.

In your role as Product Support Engineer, you will ensure that all integrations are stable, troubleshoot and solve reported issues, and act as the interface between internal stakeholders and the engineering team.

**Your role in this journey**
- You provide technical support for new internal solutions and integrations in addition to ensuring the existing ones are reliable and stable.
- You use different tools to monitor, debug and resolve incidents (e.g. Kibana, JIRA, Confluence, Grafana, Postman, and SQL queries).
- You take ownership of problems, solving them and devising ways to avoid them occurring again in the future.
- You research and document both technical integrations and core workflows to streamline internal communication.
- You act as the primary interface between the Product team and stakeholders (e.g. both internal and external), ensuring communication is both timely and effective.

**Your backpack is filled with**
- Love and understanding of technology and system integrations.
- Previous experience in a Product/ Technical Support or Technical Account Management role.
- Experience working with API integrations (e.g. JSON, XML) and SQL queries.
- Desire to build and maintain strong relationships with Product and Engineering Teams.
- Ability to communicate both technical and non-technical concepts to stakeholders in a concise and easy to understand manner.
- Previous experience in customer service or partner relationship management is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
